One app for game clips, voice and a cleaner stream.
HXSLabs is a small desktop app. Install only the parts you want from inside it, and each one keeps itself up to date. Everything runs on your own PC.
Windows warns the first time, because HXSLabs is not code signed: choose More info, then Run anyway. No administrator rights, no UAC prompt. Checking it first? Get-FileHash .\HXSLabs-win-x64-setup.exe -Algorithm SHA256 should match the checksum beside the download.
Already have HXSLabs? This is your last manual update. Run the installer over it and your settings, features and speech models stay. From 1.4.0 the app updates itself and checks every download against the published checksum. Older versions have no update check, which is why yours never mentioned this one.
A small app. You choose what goes in it.
The download is 36 MB, not a bloated bundle of things you will never open. Features live as tabs, and each one installs from inside the app only when you ask for it, then keeps itself up to date.
Run the installer
No administrator account and no UAC prompt. It installs for you, adds a Start menu entry and an optional desktop shortcut, and shows up in Apps & features to remove cleanly.
Open HXSLabs
Launch it from the Start menu. It lists the features you can add and fetches them itself.

Open Get features and add Clip (76 MB), Voice (0.6 MB) or Filter (12 MB). You only download what you actually use, and each one is checked before it runs.
Instant replay for games.
Keeps the last moments in a rolling buffer and saves them with a hotkey, so there is no need to hit record before the play happens. Long recordings get chapter marks, audio arrives as separate per-app tracks, and War Thunder kills clip themselves automatically. You can also open any video already on your PC, by dragging it in or picking it from the library.
Real-time voice changer.
Presets plus fine pitch and formant control, a soundboard, and per-app microphones. It renders into a virtual audio cable, so Discord, games and OBS hear it as a microphone, and the app installs the cable for you.
Censor the stream, not your ears.
Point Filter at one app, give it the words you would rather not broadcast, and it mutes them in the copy that goes to your stream. The list it ships with is much longer than it was, and now catches a swear sitting inside a longer word. You keep hearing the original. The speech recognition runs on your own PC, so nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored.

Needs a virtual audio cable, which the app installs for you. No manual setup.

Listens and recognises speech on your own machine, so a reasonably recent CPU helps. No server, no upload.
