Hendrix Services LLC makes no guarantees about this software and is not responsible for any faults, loss of data, or other damage arising from its use. You use HXSLabs at your own risk. Your recordings, clips and settings are yours to keep backed up.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hendrix Services LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. HXSLabs is supplied free of charge, and Hendrix Services LLC accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of its use or inability to be used, including lost recordings, lost footage, lost data, or interrupted streams.

Third-party software

The Voice feature can install VB-Audio Virtual Cable, which is made by VB-Audio and not by Hendrix Services LLC. It is downloaded from VB-Audio, only after you explicitly agree, and its use is governed by VB-Audio's own terms. It remains installed if you remove HXSLabs.

HXSLabs includes FFmpeg and other open-source components, each under its own license.

Privacy

HXSLabs does not collect personal data and has no accounts. Recordings, speech recognition and audio processing all happen on your own PC; nothing you record, say or filter is uploaded. The app contacts the internet only to check for feature updates and to fetch the promo banner, neither of which sends identifying information.
